T.J. Finn is a mother of 8, and grandmother of 6. She lives in Bastrop, Texas with her husband Mike, their 6-year-old grandson Liam. T. J. has a B.S. in Communications and a M.Ed. in Human Development & Counseling from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. In 2024 she will begin her Ph.D. in Counseling & Counselor Supervision.

    T. J.holds an LPC-Associates license in Texas and is supervised by Sidney Starling, M.Ed. LMFT-A, LPC-A and works in private practice. She loves writing and has a life-long love of reading and education.
